Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before booking VIP transportation, a private driver or a tour in Israel
How do I book VIP transportation or a private driver?
Booking is simple: call or WhatsApp us at 054-283-1111, or fill in the booking form on this page. Just provide your date, time, pickup location and destination — our team confirms your booking quickly. We're available 24/7, including last-minute requests.
What vehicle types are available in your fleet?
Our fleet includes VIP vans for up to 6 passengers, minibuses for 16 and 22 passengers, and buses for 35, 50 and 60 passengers. We also offer luxury vehicles with a chauffeur and armored vehicles — so every passenger, couple, family or group gets exactly the right vehicle.
Can I get a Ben Gurion Airport transfer in real time?
Yes. We operate airport pickups from Ben Gurion Airport 24/7, including late-night arrivals. Just share your flight number when booking — your driver tracks the actual landing time and waits for you in the arrivals hall even if your flight is delayed.
Can I book a custom private tour of Jerusalem or the North?
Absolutely. All our tours are private and fully customizable — in Jerusalem, the Galilee, northern Israel and everywhere in between. You choose the route, the sites and the pace, and your dedicated driver stays with you all day. Tell us what interests you and we'll build the perfect day together.
